PRIVACY POLICY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/03

Gesm S.p.a. (GESM) informs you that the processing of your personal data collected through the form in the "work with us" section will be guided by the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency, safeguarding your privacy and your rights. "Personal Data Processing" means any operation, or set of operations, carried out with or without the use of electronic means.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

We would like to inform you that the data collected will be used for:

  • Follow up on your application to subscribe to our newsletter to keep you updated about our activities, to promote our services and to publicise the events we organise. It will always be possible to unsubscribe from our mailing lists using the special feature in the newsletter format.

To this end, explicit consent will be required for the processing of data pursuant to Arts. 23 and 130 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03.

DATA SUPPLY

The supply data for this purpose is optional. Failure to provide an email address may result in the inability to receive the newsletter.

PROCESSING METHODS

The data will be processed mainly with electronic and computerised tools and stored on digital media, or any other kind of suitable media, in compliance with the minimum security measures defined by the Technical Regulations in Annex B of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003. The data may be processed on behalf of the company by staff expressly entrusted by the Data Controller pursuant to Art. 30 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03.

COMMUNICATION OF DATA

The data may be disclosed to:

  • Companies that deal with web site maintenance and assistance;

The above mentioned subjects have been specifically appointed external data controllers, pursuant to Art. 29 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03.

In addition, the data may also be communicated to:

  • Companies that provide the newsletter sending service, which shall be considered autonomous data controllers.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY (Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196 of 30 June 2003)

You may request that your data be deleted, copied, updated, rectified or integrated at any time, and you may block data processed in violation of the law as provided for art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
