d\u2019alerte)<\/strong> d\u00e9signe un syst\u00e8me par lequel les personnes qui op\u00e8rent \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur ou \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur d\u2019une organisation <strong>peuvent signaler<\/strong> \u00e0 des individus ou \u00e0 des organismes d\u00e9termin\u00e9s de l\u2019entit\u00e9 <strong>une \u00e9ventuelle fraude<\/strong>, <strong>un d\u00e9lit<\/strong>, <strong>une infraction ou toute conduite irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re<\/strong> commise par d\u2019autres personnes et dont elles ont eu connaissance <strong>dans le cadre de leur relation de <strong>whistleblowing<\/strong> si intende un sistema attraverso il quale i soggetti che operano all\u2019interno o all\u2019esterno di un\u2019organizzazione <strong>possono segnalare<\/strong> a specifici individui o organismi dell\u2019ente <strong>una possibile frode<\/strong>, <strong>un reato<\/strong>, <strong>un illecito<\/strong> o <strong>qualunque<\/strong> <strong>condotta irregolare<\/strong>, commessa da altri soggetti e di cui siano venuti a conoscenza <strong>nell\u2019ambito del proprio rapporto di Fashion Factory a mis en place un syst\u00e8me de <strong>whistleblowing conform\u00e9ment<\/strong> aux dispositions pr\u00e9vues d\u2019abord par la loi du 30 novembre 2017, n\u00b0 179, puis par le d\u00e9cret l\u00e9gislatif n\u00b0 24\/2023, qui a transpos\u00e9 la directive europ\u00e9enne 1937\/2019, par la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un syst\u00e8me permettant d\u2019effectuer et de g\u00e9rer des signalements relatifs \u00e0:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>des conduites illicites, pr\u00e9sum\u00e9es ou av\u00e9r\u00e9es, pertinentes au sens du d\u00e9cret l\u00e9gislatif n\u00b0 231\/2001;<\/li><li>des violations, pr\u00e9sum\u00e9es ou av\u00e9r\u00e9es, du Mod\u00e8le 231 adopt\u00e9 par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9;<\/li><li>la violation de la r\u00e9glementation europ\u00e9enne.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p>Les r\u00e8gles de ce dispositif consistent notamment en:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>la protection de la confidentialit\u00e9 de la personne qui effectue le signalement;<\/li><li class=\"p1\">la protection contre les repr\u00e9sailles ou les conduites discriminatoires de la part de l\u2019employeur \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de la personne \u00e0 l\u2019origine du signalement.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cf00236 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"cf00236\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Canal externe de signalement<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-27a6e3f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"27a6e3f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Pour effectuer un <strong>signalement externe<\/strong>, dans les cas et selon les modalit\u00e9s pr\u00e9vus par le d\u00e9cret l\u00e9gislatif n\u00b0 24\/2023 et pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment indiqu\u00e9s dans la <strong>\u00ab Proc\u00e9dure whistleblowing \u00bb<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.anticorruzione.it\/-\/whistleblowing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>cliquez ici<\/strong><\/a>.
