Painting solutions for the protection and finishing of components
GESM offers industrial painting services designed to enhance the appearance, resistance and durability of metal components. Through controlled processes, modern plant and rigorous quality controls, we deliver surface treatments capable of guaranteeing high quality standards, finish uniformity and protection from external agents. Our processes are designed to meet the needs of a range of industrial sectors, ensuring reliability, precision and production continuity.
Dip-spin lacquering
Dip-spin lacquering is a surface treatment in which components are immersed in dedicated protective lacquers available in both water-based and nitro-based versions followed by a centrifugal drying stage. This process distributes the product evenly over the entire surface of the part, removing excess lacquer and ensuring a uniform finish.
Benefits
The main purpose of dip-spin lacquering is to create a thin, transparent protective film that shields the component from the action of external agents such as moisture, oxidation and corrosion, without altering its appearance. The treatment also helps to maintain the brightness and quality of metal surfaces over time.
Quality control
Thanks to a carefully controlled process and the use of high-quality products, GESM is able to guarantee an effective, uniform and durable protective coating, ideal for components intended for a range of industrial sectors. Every stage of the process is carried out with care to ensure high quality standards and reliable results over time.
Bulk (barrel) painting
Bulk painting (barrel coating) is a rotating-drum system designed for the mass coating of small parts and small plastic or metal components. During the process, the products are loaded into a moving basket and treated by spraying; this mechanism ensures immediate drying and a flawless, imperfection-free finish.
Benefits
- Uniform results across all components
- High productivity, ideal for large batches
- Reduced processing time
- Greater efficiency and cost optimisation
- Coatings resistant to corrosion, wear and weathering
Quality control
To ensure the quality of the finished product, checks are carried out during the process on paint thickness, coating adhesion and mechanical resistance. To ensure the utmost precision in colour selection, we use machinery and instrumentation to check and produce the chosen colours.
