CERTIFICATIONS
Quality is a company’s ability to satisfy the customer’s needs, both stated and implied; if a company succeeds in meeting its customers’ expectations and requirements, it means it delivers a quality product. The ISO 9001:2015 certification, achieved several years ago, confirms that the quality system is a cornerstone of the company and is divided into two macro-areas:
Production control
This is carried out through hardware and software systems that enable the exchange of data and information between the management offices and production itself, and more specifically:
- the quality of the electrolytic deposit depends heavily on the properties of the plating bath, which must always be constantly monitored, clear and free of suspended solid particles;
- the planning of production and shifts according to workload requirements;
- the real-time collection of data on production performance, material and energy consumption and waste produced.
Quality control
This is carried out using customised software and hardware systems, through:
- monitoring of the production process;
- monitoring of the analytical values of the plating baths;
- tests carried out by our laboratory on the finished product;
- management and quality control of the raw materials used;
- final inspection of the finished product.
A further value added to our range of finishes comes from the recent attainment of the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 mark to be applied to our processes. This possibility of labelling a product with the wording “Confidence in Textiles” is granted only after actual testing and analysis by accredited laboratories and institutes, guaranteeing the absence of residues and the release of substances harmful to human health above the limits defined for the raw materials used in the production process and in the finished articles.
